Orders are fulfilled by our trusted coffee and brewing-equipment partners. Processing times vary by product. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times appear at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Coffee and brewing equipment may ship from different locations. Items from the same order may arrive separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Please confirm your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

For delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders, contact hello@medjoutfitters.com with your order number. Include clear photographs for damaged or incorrect items.
